The title is pretty much explanatory.
You roast the walnuts, you add the beans, garlic, blend them and at the end add some olive oil and fresh herbs. I didn’t have fresh ones in hand but I added some dried herbs instead.
The original recipe can be found in the Taste of Persia cookbook by Naomi Duguid and it asks for dried mint instead of fresh herbs but I used dried parsley and it worked just as great.
The measurements are pretty much easy. It’s one part walnuts to two parts beans, 1-2 tables spoons of oil, according to one’s taste, same goes for salt and pepper.
Easy as that.
