Healthy and easy.
You only need:
- 150 grams dates, deseeded
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- coconut flakes or coconut chips
Optional, for coating
- Cocoa powder
- coconut flakes
- In a food processor add all of the ingredients and mix until everything is combined and looks like a gooey paste;
- with the help of a wet spoon and some wet hands, take some mixture into your palms and form equally sized balls;
- coat them in cocoa powder or coconut flakes.
