Remember the scones we’ve made, right? The ones with delicious grapefruit zest and currant? The ones that take no longer than 20 minutes and are absolutely perfectly paired with this salted honey butter?
Well, you need no longer than 5 minutes to make this butter and no more than a spatula and a bowl.
- 50 grams of softened butter
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- pinch of sea salt
- add the softened butter to a bowl, add the honey in and mix well until slightly fluffy – you can use a hand mixer too;
- fold in the salt gently at the end;
- add to a serving bowl and sprinkle with some more sea salt on top.
Enjoy the butter with freshly made scones or just on fresh bread with some berries on top.
